Dilute 1ml (approx. 20 drops) of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil at a 1% concentration in the final blend. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. You can dilute it up to 3% before applying it on your skin or bathing. Consult with your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
