Dilution
Dilute at 1% of the finished mix, which is typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil per 100ml of carrier oil. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. You can dilute it up to 3% before applying it on your skin or bathing. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Massage
To alleviate sore muscles, create your own soothing and relaxing massage oil blend by combining Palmarosa Oil with a carrier oil, such as Apricot Kernel #204, and your favorite essential oils.
Aromatherapy
Pour a few drops of Palmarosa Oil into your diffuser or burner to feel the soothing aroma for yourself.
Skincare
Dilute Palmarosa Oil with your preferred carrier oil and use as a gentle cleanser and makeup remover. We choose Coconut Fractionated #218 or Macadamia Nut Oil #234. Simply apply to a cotton wool pad and sweep across your skin to remove grime and makeup.
