Product Synopsis: For thousands of years, people have utilized castor oil, which is extracted from the seeds of the castor bean plant, for aesthetic and medicinal purposes. It is added to shampoos and conditioners to cure split hairs and enhance volume, and it is massaged into calluses and nails. It's commonly found in lip balms and added in small amounts to cold-processed soap recipes to boost lather.
Shelf Life: If the oil is kept closed at a temperature below 18°C and shielded from light, it will slowly turn rancid. A shelf life of up to three years is anticipated from users under ideal storage conditions (cold, out of direct sunlight). After opening, refrigeration is also advised. For the most recent Best Before Date, please consult the Certificate of Analysis.
Please be aware that due to its excessively viscous viscosity, Castor Organic Carrier Oil cannot be used with the drum tap.
Warnings: Only apply externally; before using, we advise a skin test.
Storage Recommendation: To preserve freshness and extend shelf life, store cold-pressed carrier oils in a cool, dark place. Before usage, if refrigerated, bring to room temperature.
